Dear German scooter friends.

Normally I am buying scooter parts online from MSA partner: kymco-ersatzteilshop.de.

Does anybody know why they still don't sell parts for the DownTown 350i ?

Please feel free to reply in German language, I can understand

Der Rollershop Lindau ( kymco-ersatzteile.de ) muss halt auch die kompletten Ersatzteilkataloge vom 350er einpflegen . Das dauert halt ....

Ich empfehle ( wie immer ) , einfach zum ortsansässigen Kymco Händler zu gehen und dort zu bestellen . Geht schneller und klappt auch .

it's already 1 year a go that I have send myself an email to ersatzteilshop.de.
But at that time they didn't reply to me, main reason should be that the DT350 release
in Holland was way before the German release.
But I have noticed that since a while now the DT350i is also availble in Germany.

Hopefully ersatzteilshop.de. hurry up with rebuilding the website so I can buy my goods online.
In Holland Kymco ersatzteilen are protected and can't buy online.
It happen also often that MSA partner ersatzteilshop is cheaper then Dutch dealer's, so the shipping
cost 9,60 euro from Germany to Holland is no big deal, and they alway's ship ontime (5 working day's)

Funny thing is that in 2013 I was one of the first Xciting400 drivers and had the first ABS version in yellow in Europe,
at time it took also a view month's before ersatzteilshop.de added the parts for Xciting400 to the webshop.
I remembering from then that I have send them a mail in spring season 2014 to ask the same for Xciting400, from there
it took about 2 months.

Thanks Meister thats very kind but,
it's not that I need something, it's just preparation for the future

I think we have to give "ersatzteilshop" a little more time.

But on the other hand it's still strange to see that a bout 3 years a go they followed up my Xciting 400 question almost right away,
and now it takes already ages (already 1 year sinds I asked them) and now 350i is still not listed as ersatz teilen.

Let's see what happen in the next couple of months.
